SITE: 60 Acres with a 8 Acres m/l flat cabin site area on top of the ridge. Property has 300' of elevation change to North Peachland Creek.

Cover: A mixture of hardwood and pine.

WILDLIFE: Whitetail deer, wild hog, small game, eastern wild turkey, and bear.
