Possession:

Pre-viewing the Farm: can be done during daylight hours only

Pre-auction offers: No pre-auction offers will be accepted prior to auction date

Wind Lease: No wind lease on this farm

Minerals: Selling surface rights only.

Internet Bidding: will be available by clicking online bidding link to register. Neither the auction company nor the seller is responsible in the event of loss of internet signal by either side.

Terms: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title. Cooperative Compensation Supplement will be submitted to the seller if received within 48 hours or 2-busness days prior to the auction date. No agreements will be entertained day of the auction. This Supplement agreement applies to licensees only.
