80 Acres Hughes County; Creek Pond Hunting/Fishing

We have decided to sell off some acreage from our ranch here in Hughes County. This 80 acres is a good mix of timber and pasture. It is about 65% wooded and 35% open. The property has great access as it has road frontage on both the south side along EW 124 Rd and access on the west side along NS 373 Rd. There are lots of deer out here with good size bucks. There are also turkeys and hogs in the area as well. There are some really pretty spots back behind the trees for a small cabin or home. There is a nice creek running through the south west side. There is also a pond on the south side. We have caught fish out of the creek and pond.
