The quaint Texas Hill Country home looks like the Old German homes you'd see in the Fredericksburg area. Part of the home is part of a historical structure from the 1800s that has been added onto. The 1720 sq. ft. home is a 2 bedroom/2bath, fabulous kitchen for the gourmet cook with a commercail gourmet gas range, fireplace in kitchen, all new insulation, italian tile floors, antique built-ins, music piped throughout rooms and exterior of house, built in gun safe, bay window with built in bed.
