Deer hunt in the morning and duck hunt in the afternoon. Not only does this remote 80 acres offer great deer hunting, but it is located within 1 mile of Eufaula Lake which offers some of the finest waterfowl hunting in the state. Oklahomas largest lake covers 105,000 acres with 600 acres of shore line which is great for fishing, camping, boating, and other recreational activities. About 75% of the 80 acres has gentle rolling hills covered in oak, hickory, and cedar. The remaining is fairly flat with several small openings combined with cedar thickets. With a little effort these openings could be turned into some awesome isolated food plots which could draw deer from the heavily wooded adjoining properties. In fact, no hunting is allowed on the properties to the North, South, and West of this property which creates a sanctuary for the wildlife.
