The deer in the area LOVE the green fields and definitely hang near them in good numbers. The deer were pouring out of the 80 to the south to feed in the fields. After walking this property, I look back and remember I don't think there was a place on it I wasn't seeing deer sign. This property has tons of potential for a person looking to make some trails and put some tree stands up and make it their own.
