The improvements are minimal which allows for development to suit the needs of a new owner. Unit 1 has a small one bedroom log home, not totally finished plus, corrals and work area for cattle. Unit 2 has an older mobile home which can stay or be moved.
The area has many recreational opportunities. Deer and antelope along with ducks, geese and pheasants call the ranch home. Just a ways up the road you will find elk, moose, sheep, bear and all kinds of other wildlife. Fishing is good in all directions along with skiing and snowmobiling. The Big Horn Mountains are truly a very special place.
