This is an opportunity to purchase an established operating Texas shrimp farm as well as explore other opportunities to expand the operation into other income producing ventures. This farm is the oldest continuously operating shrimp hatchery in the United States. It has received the Environmental Stewardship Award by the National Fisheries Institute and Ocean trust for being a pioneer in protective use of the wetlands by monitoring and improving its abiltiy to recycle pond water and improve the quality of its discharge operation.
