This beautiful ranch lies at the end of Newberg Road and just east of the San Bernard River, the County Line. It has many huge, spreading Liveoaks, typical of this area. The soil is sandy and covered with irrigated coastal Bermuda grass. There is barn with stalls and a small apartment. There is also a manufactured home currently used by ranch manager. This is exclusion to the max. Two clear fishing ponds grace the rolling landscape, and a portion of this property is already high-fenced.
