The Home Ranch is located in a beautiful Rural Valley in Northeastern Elko County. Elko County is the 5th largest County in the US who's current population is approx. 50,000. The ranch has approx. 886.79 total deeded acres of which 686.79 acres are here at the Headquarters. There is another 200 acre summer pasture on Wildcat Creek approx. 15 miles South. The ranch has good improvements and the BLM grazing permit is contigious to the deeded lands making an efficient operation with little , if any, trucking required. Approx. 500 acres are irrigated with surface water rights out of Canyon Creek and S. Fork Little Salmon River . According to Nevada Dept. of Wildlife there are Rainbow, Brook and Brown Trout on the two creeks that pass through the ranch. Other wildlife are plentiful including: Mule Deer, Antelope, Rocky Mtn. Elk, and Rocky Mtn. Big Horn Sheep. Small game include ; cottontail , Jack and Snowshoe Rabbits, Coyote, Mtn. Lion, chucker partridge, Sagehen, and a more.

The improvements include : The main floor of the home has one master bedroom and bath; a kitchen with breakfast bar; a formal dining room; an office; and a misc. room that has been used for storage but could be used as another bedroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and one bath . A loft could be used as an additional bedroom. A second residence is a Cookhouse with large kitchen and dining area; two bedrooms and one bath; and a large family room. There is also a bunkhouse that hasn’t been used much by the current owner. It could be used with a little work. It has three bedrooms and a living room and one bath. There is also a Shop building. The Horse barn has enough Stall space for 10 head of horses plus a tack room and hay loft. The livestock Scale house covers a 10,000 lb. scales.
