This highly-productive farm is situated east of Safford, Graham County, Arizona along the bank of the Gila River at the confluence of the San Simon River in the fertile Gila Valley in eastern Arizona. The farm has six on-site wells and receives gravity flow irrigation water from its inclusion within the Gila Valley Irrigation District. The main tract receives water from the Montezuma Canal and the smaller south tract receives water from the San Jose Canal. Suitable for growing cotton, small grains and hay.
