IMPROVEMENTS: There are improvements on each section of the ranch. The main compound overlooks a scenic bend of Sycamore creek and includes a beautiful rock home, hunters lodge, barns, and a swimming pool. The rock home is 2600- sq ft and includes 3 bed 3 bath, a large game room, kitchen, 1000 sq ft of covered porches front and back, and a 2-car garage. The hunters cabin is 1920 sq ft has one large bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, back bar area with a 15 ft. Birch antique bar, plus a large game room with high ceilings, 300 sq ft of covered porches, and 2 vehicle carport. The large barn is 1220 sq. ft. and includes a game cleaning area along with a large game cooler.

The second set of improvements include a hunting lodge that is 1668 sq ft and includes 3 bed, 1 bath, living area, and full kitchen. There is managers home that is 432 sq ft and includes 1 bed, 1 bath, living area, and kitchen. Also included are 2 barns, metal cattle pens, horse stalls, 2 large hay barns, 8'x6' walk-in cooler, and 2 storage sheds.

The third set of improvements includes a water well, electricity, two 10,000 lb. grain silos, and a storage shed. A huge benefit this ranch has to offer is the road system. Not only is there a great road system making the property very accessible but the border patrol maintains the roads and keeps them all in great shape at no cost. WWILDLIFE: Along with the native white tail deer, turkey, waterfowl, dove, quail, and varmints there are 8 different species of exotic game. Exotic species include aoudad, blackbuck, fallow, axis, sika, mouflon, scimitar-horned oryx, and barasignha.
