The Bearhouse Tract is +/-91 acres located east of Hamburg, Arkansas near the Snyder community and is located on the escarpment between the timberland and farmland. Bearhouse Creek is the eastern boundary of the tract. The timber consists of a heavily stocked stand of natural pine and hardwood that has both sawtimber and pulpwood. The tract offers a great combination of timber investment with good hunting and recreation. The topography consists of rolling hills with primarily Grenada silt loam soils on the hills and Portland and Perry and Portland clays along the creek areas. The combination of pine and hardwood timber provide exceptional hunting and recreational value and several buck deer were observed during the property inspection.
