This South Texas Hunting Ranch is located in Webb County, Texas approximately six (6) miles south of Encinal on the West side of IH 35. This property is being sectioned out of a 4200 Acre high fenced ranch and the owner will split the cost to separate the property with a new high fence (approximately 2.5 miles).
The terrain of the property is slightly rolling with elevations from 535 to 592 feet above sea level. Good brush diversity consists of black brush, granjeno, guayacan, white brush, and honey mesquite. The brush ranges from dense to slightly open. There is also a nice cover of Mesquite trees with big bull Mesquites in the draws. A good road system with nice wide senderos and good sandy loam soil rounds out the topography.
Water on the 972 acres is supplied by a 300 foot deep submersible pump well that pumps approximately 40-50 gpm to six concrete water troughs.
