well #3 equipped with a 50 HP submersible electric motor, pump and control panel (owned by Seller).
well #4 equipped with turbine pump and a 100 HP vertical, hollow-shaft electric motor and control panel (motor and control panel belongs to Tenant).

The previously existing mile sprinkler on the property was destroyed by high winds in the early spring of 2014 and was replaced with a new 2014 Valley 8000 Series, 15 tower pivot sprinkler.
The CAMS panel from the original sprinkler is being used with the current sprinkler which is equipped with a 50 HP booster pump (which is owned by Seller) and is nozzled for 1500 GPM.
The sprinkler is equipped with low drops spaced on 60 centers with tall (11.2X38) tires.
The sprinkler and CAMS panel are owned by the Tenant and are for sale.
