At the North Parcel entry, you will find a gated entrance that leads to thick brushy land that is a great place for a wary old whitetail to seek cover and bed down. This would be a great place to be able to place your next tag on a bruiser of a buck or even designate this area as what many intensive deer managers would describe as a Sanctuary for wildlife. The North Parcel also has perfect access to Leatherwood Creek which provides fantastic wildlife habitat along its course and provides fishing opportunities for both Small Mouth and Large Mouth Bass, Blue Gill and even the possibility to shoot a Gar if you are into bow-fishing! The block of timber in this area offers many ideal stand locations to set up with your weapon of choice to intercept the whitetails as they exit the bedding area and head up the ridge to feed!

The Main Farm Entry begins as a gravel drive that leads back off of the black-top road to where the magic begins. It is not uncommon to witness a herd of 20 or more deer feeding in the 60+- acres of hidden tillable land. You will also find easy access to the 6+-acre lake and the 1+- pond for even more fishing enjoyment and great waterfowl hunting opportunities. The backdrop to the west is the gorgeous Leatherwood Creek and it snakes around as the border of the property. This area contains many hidden fields and pockets of brush and timber with huge amounts of edge and diversity. There are many superb places for hidden food plots and ideal stand locations offering lots of choices for various wind conditions and recent movement patterns. Besides the phenomenal deer hunting opportunities, wild turkeys are plentiful and gobblers are sure to be roosted in the timber and strutting in the fields in the springtime. The serious sportsman will also find rabbit, squirrels, coyote, fox and waterfowl of various species prevalent. While you are fishing or hunting on the farm dont be surprised to witness Americas national bird, the Bald Eagle soar down from above to catch a fish from the ponds or creek to take back to its nest that is very nearby the property! Some would consider the privilege to witness scenes like this worth the investment in itself.
