From Hwy 321, travel east from the crossroads community of Sycamore on Hwy 641 (Confederate Highway) approximately 3 miles east of the intersection of Hwy 641/321. Turn right onto State Road S-3-54 (Cowpens Branch Road). Follow Cowpens Branch approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Bazzle Road (State Rd S-3-192). After left turn, take the next paved road to the right (St. Nicholas Church Road). After you cross Calico Branch, the property is on the left side, fronting on St. Nicholas Church Road. Look for Advance Land and Timber signs.

From Hwy 601 south of Ehrhardt, turn right (West onto Confederate Hwy). Travel approximately 3 miles, turn left onto Cowpens Branch Road. Follow Cowpens Branch approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Bazzle Road (State Rd S-3-192). After left turn, take the next paved road to the right (St. Nicholas Church Rd).
