Achterberg Tract 2 Pasture & Crop Land

This tract is located along Highway 21. It features grassland and non-irrigated cropland. According to the assessor there is 783.78 acres. There is submersible well at an older building site that supplies three stock tanks throughout the pasture through underground pipeline. There is a total of 199.27 acres of farm land with 580.39 acres of good quality pastureland. The soils on the crop land are mostly Holdrege Silty Clay and Hobbs Silt Loam soils which are very productive 2 & 3 rated soils.

The ground is leased for 2024 season.
