Amos - Clark Ranch

The 1,380 acre Amos Clark Ranch is an excellent grass ranch west of Ashland, Kansas. The ranch is all grass except for 217 acres of CRP ($29.23 per acre) that expires in 2022. The land has been well cared for and it shows it. There is very little sand sage or weeds anywhere on the property. It is well-watered with four working windmills, two solar pumps, and an electric submersible pump. All of the fences have been replaced due to the tragic range fire two years ago. There are nearly two miles of frontage along State Highway 283. The sellers have had an annual deer hunting lease on this land.
