The Blue Ribbon Ranch.....So appropriately named. The main home was designed for the ranch. The home has large windows surrounding the home. It is positioned so that one can see all portions of the ranch from the front and back porches. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large entertaining family room.

The ranch hand's home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.

The Clear Boggy River is the West boundary of the ranch. This allows for several areas to make duck sloughs and pump water from. The bottom land is rich and fertile. There are 9 pastures, 17 ponds and over 6-7 miles of piped fresh water all through the ranch. The ranch will run 400 cows and the good hay meadows make enough hay to sustain the herd. There are over 1100 Pecan trees in the bottom. This ranch is loaded with deer and turkey, and maybe some other forms of wildlife.
