Andrews Tract is located in Aiken County west of Windsor. It can be accessed via CR 493. There are 246 acres of loblolly pine plantations that were planted in 1997 and there are 197 acres of longleaf pine plantations planted in 2015. The balance is non forest. The premerchantable timber provides an opportunity for future income for the buyer.
