The largest body of water is the 10-acre Annin Lake, which is formed by Beans Creek, which runs throughout the ranch. There are over 2.5 miles of Beans Creek on the ranch. There are thirteen hunting areas which are conducive to both rifle and archery hunting. 18 Poly-Dome hunting blinds and several feeders were strategically positioned on the ranch. The feeders include eight 4,000 lb. feeders, two 2,000 lb. feeders, and a 3,000 lb. feeder.
