Approved 23 Lot Subdivision

This is a fully approved 23 lot subdivision known as Pyaevna Meadows in Gorham Maine. The 23 lots are accessed from either Dingley Spring Road or new subdivision roads which have not been constructed. These lots range in size from 1-5 acres. In addition to Planning Board Approval, the project also received Maine DEP Site Location of Development approval. Gorham Maine has roughly a 6.5% rising population since 2016.
