Off-grid ranch utilizes 4 portable generators for electricity. 2 septic tanks and 1 private domestic well. Well pumps 5,000 gallon galvanized storage tank east of the road at the base of the mountains which provides pressure to water property. The ranch has one well (ADWR #55-809822) which has both submersible pump and windmill. Well records report the capacity to be 35gpm with the well cased to 52' and a static water level of 23', the ranch has an abundant and shallow groundwater availability next to the river. The stretch of Santa Maria River through the ranch is ephemeral, especially during extended heat/drought months through the summer. But through winter/spring and summer monsoons it typically runs water for several months of the year. The ranch is not located in any Active Management Area or Irrigation Non Expansion Area, it's in the Santa Maria Groundwater Sub basin (in the Bill Williams Groundwater Basin) and in the Bill Williams River Surface Water.
