This is primarily a planted pine plantation tract with some scattered hardwoods on the edges and along a fence row. While gently sloping to the southeast, a large part of this tract is nice and level, providing many options for future use; you can build a home or camp, convert to pasture or row crop, or continue to grow a nice stand of pine trees, as has been done in the past. There are two different stands of planted pines; approximately 20 acres of 20+ year old, Loblolly pines that have been thinned and about 15 acres of Longleaf pines that are three years old. There are 69 adjoining acres to the south that are also for sale. This tract has a troy address, but is closer to the town of Banks.
