Barrera

The Barrera Farm is a productive property with improved grasses and fenced for running sheep and goats and is divided into several pastures for rotational grazing. The headquarters, which sits off the road consists of a solid 3-2 farm house with metal roof, shop building, large wooden barn, sheds and chicken coop and working pens. Water is provided from 3 water wells and a small tank. There is a nice coastal Bermuda field and a BDahl field. The front of the property is heavily wooded providing privacy from the road and has a seasonal creek running through it. The middle part of the ranch is rolling native grassland with scattered oak trees and the grass fields are at the back.
