This property is just all-around awesome! The property is mostly high ground with an excellent age class of timber! There are excellent spots where someone could potentially build that dream home or cabin. The property has frontage on County Highway 100 as well as Road 50 with power running along both roads. The property is absolutely loaded with deer sign! While walking the property I don’t think at any point in time I was standing somewhere without seeing deer tracks, trails, or deer beds. It was evident there were quite a few deer using the property and the area. The two things that seemed they liked about the property were the heavy thermal bedding cover as well as the old man’s beard/lichens on a bunch of the spruce trees. They seemed to be really feeding on that. Getting back to the land due to the age and type of timber allowed for excellent privacy.
