Becker Road Farms is an assemblage of three legal parcels, comprised of open irrigated row crop farm, having prime virgin soils with developed groundwater resources for irrigation and utilized for intensive row crop production. These are outstanding resources that are well-suited for higher permanent crop plantation. Each parcel fronts along the N. side of Becker Road and extends northerly into the S. Fork of Putah Creek. Featuring about 85% Class 1 soilspredominately from the Yolo soil series. These deep loamy soils have no limitations and its truly rare that soils like this become available. There are two operating deep wells equipped with electric motors and turbine pumps. The two wells combined yield over 3,000 GPM. Well #1 is situated on Parcel One and Well #2 is located on Parcel Two. Currently Well #1 is the source of irrigation water for the field S. of the drainage canal. Prior to any individual parcel sale the owner will record a shared use and maintenance agreement so that all parcels will have access to irrigation water. There is a domestic well on Parcel One. Parcel Two has a pole barn that is used for equipment storage by the current farm tenant.
