Wildlife:

Wildlife common to this property and area are White-Tailed Deer, Rio Grande Turkey, and Feral Hogs. Dove Hunting should be great this year around the pond with the current drought.

Water:

There is a rural water line that runs along the front of the property. The water line provider is believed to be El Oso Water who services quite a few properties in that region. For livestock purposes there is 1 stock tank that was recently built on the western part of the ranch.

Habitat:

The habitat on this ranch is mostly Mesquite and Huisache. The ranch does have a slight roll to it and features elevations ranging from 380-430. There is some flood plain through the middle portion of the property.
