TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT
The Bee Oaks Ranch is in a portion of Bee County with excellent topographic relief giving way to beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With elevation ranging from 390 down to 330 there are great opportunities for a homesite amongst the Oaks overlooking a pond meanwhile getting lost in the bottomlands of the property. Scattered throughout the property are old-growth oak trees, elms, hackberry and mixed brush consistent with the area. There is ample grazing country throughout with good native grasses.
WILDLIFE
The Bee Oaks Ranch is home to a great combination of game species for your year round enjoyment and management. There is a great population of deer.
