The Suwannee River and Royal Spring is only 8 miles away. Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near OBrien, FL. The large spring boil is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and rivers edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

Big Oaks - Estate 5 has many giant oak trees. We have underbrushed the front of the property and the perimeter of the lot. Th property is located on a county maintained dirt road and electricity is available to the front of the parcel. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 600 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs. Camping is permitted on a limited basis.
