Big Timber Lodge is located on the southern tip of Raspberry Island, 12 miles northeast of Anton Larsen Bay on Kodiak Island, and is accessible by boat/air. Encompassing 55 acres of pristine old growth Sitka Spruce in a protected cove with excellent all-day southern exposure and ocean frontage, this is truly a one-of-a-kind property. The main lodge is constructed of local Sitka Spruce milled on-site using a Lucas 827 Sawmill. The Lodge consists of 2,400 square feet of space includes 2 master bedroom suites with private baths, 2 guest rooms upstairs in the loft, guest bathroom, reading area, full kitchen outfitted with all stainless steel appliances, a dining room with seating for 16, a gathering room with panoramic ocean and mountain views, and an entryway/mudroom.
