The property has been leased for summer grazing in the past and water for stock was in White Bottom Canyon and Trapper Creek Canyon. Trapper Creek does run underground through the property and many seeps can be found springing up on the property. Bear Lodge also leased this historic property in past years as an overnight and/or weekend destination for snowmobilers who wanted to sightsee on top of the Big Horns. The glorious scenery of the Big Horns attracts cross-county skiers and snowmobilers from across the globe in the wintertime and attracts even more tourists in the summer.The newly constructed cabin is square feet with a kitchen, living area, bedroom, loft, and wood stove. Twelve 15 watt solar panels provide enough electricity through a battery bank to watch television and keep the lights on all night. A propane cook stove and refrigerator complete the modern conveniences. A large front deck offers covered storage below.
