Black Prairie Farm and Headquarters

This is the largest of three parcels making up of one of the largest farms in the fertile Black Prairie Region of Mississippi and Alabama. The Headquarters Farm is more than 95% cultivated with 500 acres under irrigation. This farm has a history of high productivity and is well managed. It has excellent soils and consistently produces high yields of corn and soybeans. It includes three pivot irrigation rigs, six grain bins, a large equipment shed, two shops, hay sheds, and grain elevator, bins, and dryer on the railroad.
