Recreational facilities include a game room with a bar, TVs, a pool table, a card table, and an attached gift shop. A nearby working barn houses a drive-in skinning area and walk-in cooler. Other amenities include barns and a shooting range.

Land & Water:

The property has native brush, cultivated fields, and improved pastures. Ranch roads and trails provide easy access throughout. There are two ponds. One has a fishing pier. Both ponds support livestock and offer recreation. Two electric water wells and a piped system provide water to 13 wildlife troughs on the ranch.

Wildlife & Hunting:

This is a high-fence hunting ranch with 14 species of game and 40 types of exotics. The ranch has established whitetail genetics and supports dove, quail, and turkey populations. Blinds, feeders, and spot-and-stalk options make for a suitable place for all hunters.
