All windows have been replaced with new, energy efficient, double pane windows. The entire kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. There is also a walk in pantry for small appliance storage. The new appliances are stainless steel, which include two dishwashers, a refrigerator, 48in dual fuel range, and a beverage fridge. The laundry room is spacious and has Maytag stainless steel washer and dryer. The home has two HVAC systems and are serviced regularly, one unit is new. Our home has 4 generous sized bedrooms, a library, a room which can be used as a home office, and an area for perhaps a breakfast room. The eat-in kitchen currently has room for a 4'x8' table, which seats 10, and a gas fireplace. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a nice feature for those cold winter evenings. The garage door and motor were replaced 2 years ago, and a two car carport provides additional covered parking. An RV cover was also installed. On the property is a 20ft x 40ft brick barn with a new electric panel and separate meter. The floor is concrete. Attached to the brick barn is a 32x40 lean-to, perfect for equipment storage. More photos coming soon! On this 11 acres, the outdoor space is our favorite. There is a generous front porch where we enjoy coffee in the mornings. The covered back porch is 595 sf and perfect for entertaining. We also enjoy an outdoor movie in the backyard where there is plenty of seating on the low deck. The spring is especially nice with the bluebonnets, and other wild flowers about the property.
