From Memphis, take Hwy 256 west for 21.5 miles to Hwy 70, then north for 1.5 miles to County Road D, turn West and the Brice south farm (Tract 2) lies on both sides of County Road D with County Road 3 being the western boundary and Hwy 70 being the eastern boundary. The Brice north farm (Tract 1) is just one mile north and lies on the north side of County Road C. For Antelope Flats farm (Tract 3) take Hwy 70 south for 8.5 miles to County Road RR, then west one mile to County Road 35, then turn north, and half the property lies on the west side of County Road 35 with the other half beginning a quarter mile north on the east side of County Road 35. From Clarendon, take State Hwy 70 south for seventeen miles to County Road D.
