Game animals on Broken Oak include White-tail deer, Axis, Aoudad, Fallow, Blackbuck Antelope, bobcat, grey fox, turkey, feral hogs and transient elk. The private lake created by a 5.5 dam encompasses about 3.6+ acres with good fishing, swimming and canoeing. Large catfish, bass and perch roam the water way. The lake has a solid limestone rock bottom.
