Cabin on 5 Acres at Yanush
A cabin setting in the woods above Yanush at the far east end of Sardis Lake. There is a nice view, one does have to take a couple of trees down.
A road to the cabin, a drive in with lots of room for the RV.
The cabin is unfinished with a second floor. The rooms are framed in, there is ample room for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
At the present it is off grid, with power not too far away. Water can be found for a water well.
This is a nice area, Yanush store is just down the road with minnows!
Sardis Lake camp grounds, fishing areas and docks for the boats are only 2 miles.
Dallas, OKC, Tulsa are all 3 hours away.

From SH 2 at Clayton travel north. Pass Sardis Lake camp grounds, at Yanush Store (Anderson Creek Rd.) turn west.
Go one mile to 1000 Ave. and turn north. Go to the end of the road, go right, then go left. At the end of the road
is the cabin. Behind a gate.
