This two-year-old cabin was built by Christmas and Associates and sits on 12 acres in Redfield, NY with nearby access to the north branch of the Salmon River. The 16 x 24 camp has an open living area, kitchen, bathroom with composting toilet and upstairs loft used as a bedroom. The camp has electric power and is mostly finished with a wood stove, laminate floors, pine ceilings it just needs some paint on the inside. A beautiful wraparound porch is one of the camps best highlights. The property features both hardwood and softwood forest and is located on a town road with nearby access to snowmobile trails. Walk to state land for hunting, hiking and cross-country skiing. Its also minutes away from the Redfield Reservoir for boating and fishing (largemouth and smallmouth bass, brown, brook and rainbow trout). The Salmon River is widely known for its fantastic chinook (king) salmon runs each fall, as well as steelhead fishing and brown trout fisheries. Enjoy plenty of deer and other wildlife sightings on the land. Close to the Osceola Tug Hill Cross Country Ski Center for winter fun.
