CAVANAL VISTA

Located just over a mile from the peak of Cavanal, the Worlds Tallest Hill. Another mile down the road is the community of Witteville, the edge of Poteau. This is all in the prime area of Southeast Oklahoma, 4 hr from DFW, just over 3 hours from OKC and less than an hour from Ft. Smith. Several lakes in the area to include Wister, Cedar, Kerr, Tenkiller and Eufaula. The Ouachita National Forrest is just miles to the south as are numerous Game Management Areas. Superb recreation area as well as just an excellent place to call home.

TOPOGRAPHY: Mainly a steep slope, with over 900 of elevation change at the very south point. However, while being steep, the layout is such that you can almost walk from end to end on the shelves and stay basically level at the same elevation.

COVER: Mainly mature hardwood. Beautiful rock outcrops are numerous.
