The wildlife in this area can flourish at times due to the larger acreage properties and the many irrigated farms around this ranch. Native game in this area includes White-Tailed Deer and Rio Grande Turkey. The dove hunting in this area can be some of the best around.

Habitat:

The habitat on this property consist of about 40% heavy South Texas brush and 60% open pastureland. Mesquite, Granjeno, and Persimmon make up the majority of the brush species. This balance of brush and pastureland allows for a combination of hunting and raising livestock.

Improvements:

This ranch is unimproved and is ready for the new owner to improve as they see fit. A rural water system is believed to be at the road, buyer would need to verify.
