Chism Ranch - great for cattle or farming

This Panhandle farm is laid out great for rotating cattle and growing crops. It has approximately 500 acres in cultivation and 270 acres of grass pasture. Several creek ravines lined with tall hardwoods transverse the property. Multiple small ponds have been built off of these drainages. Three water wells are on site as well.

The property is cross fenced into four pastures, with a large trap in the middle with one of the water wells. A total of nineteen gates along both the perimeter fence and cross fences provide easy access through and around the land. Public roads are on the west, south, and east sides, including paved Highway 83. Electricity is available on all sides of the property too. Most of the fences were built within 10 years and are in excellent condition, with pipe corners, braces, and metal and/or cedar posts.
