Once being apart of the historic XIT Ranch, the Conrad Ranch has plenty to offer! This Western Texas Panhandle ranch encompasses 15,997.11 contiguous acres which proves to be an excellent cattle ranch with abundant hunting opportunities. A highlighted feature of this ranch is the plentiful water provided through windmills, solar and submersible wells that have water piped to multiple water troughs, along with the Las Arches Creek running through the eastern half of the ranch. Over 12 miles of new fence has been built in the last few years, and cross fencing splits the ranch into 10 pastures of various sizes.
