Borders National Forest on 3 sides, along the south boundary are two private non-resident landowners. Copper Creek runs much of the year along the property. This is an idyllic mountainous and historic inholding away from civilization and yet only 9 miles from the town of Alma and 18 miles NE of Glenwood, accessed on Forest maintained Road 119. The log house on the property is the old Post Office and Grocery Store from 1883.
