ABANDONED PRUNE ORCHARD: The northwest portion of the farm has about 20 acres of land with dead or dying prune trees on it. The owner started removing the trees but never finished.

Both wells were tested by North State Electric and Pump in September of 2016. The 25 h.p. well had 258 GPM at 40 PSI and the 75 h.p. well pumped 914 gallons per minute at 58 PSI. The standing water table is about 100 ft m/l from the surface. There is a well share agreement on the 75 h.p. well for limited usage and billing purposes.
