The ranch was originally homesteaded by the Cunico Family in the early 1900's. The headquarters consist of a two-bedroom main house, large barn, loafing shed, working corrals, garage/workshop, wine cellar, shed, and bunkhouses. The main house has been completely renovated. Water is provided by a main well at the headquarters, with lines running to the far eastern portion of the property. There is one working windmill, and three others that could be repaired. Three ponds scattered across the property, and one that holds water year-round. Good fencing along the borders, with a cross fence separating the east and west pastures. The ranch has run up to 100 head of summer cattle. In the early years, the Cunico's had a cow/calf operation. Currently the property is leased out for cattle and horses. The ranch offers hunting for pronghorn. The area deer and elk will occasionally be on the property as well.
