This property has a great combination of open-former agricultural fields, brush and transition, and woods that has been managed for long-term timber production. There is about 25 acres currently in open fields that could be brought back into farming or be used for food plot locations for hunting. About 37 acres is in brush and transition which creates excellent cover for deer, turkey, grouse and woodcock, all of which have been seen here. The balance of 45 acres of forest is in managed timber. The forest is dominated by hard maple with black cherry, hemlock, beech and other species. Timber was recently marked but the seller decided not to sell it so there is timber ready for the next owner to do with as they please!
