This ranch consists of 2120 deeded acres approximately just North of Del Norte, CO. This property has been used as pasture land for sheep grazing for generations. Several species of wildlife frequent the property including Elk, Mule Deer, Bear, Antelope and Mountain Lion. The ranch qualifies for hunting landowner vouchers for both Elk and Mule Deer. It backs up to National forest for additional activities and wondering. There is also a 320 parcel in the very middle of the National Forest. The topography of the ranch consists of rolling hills, bluffs and brushy creek beds. There is a natural spring and a well on the property.
