4 houses built in 1994 the female side of two of the houses were replaced in 2012. Floors are metal tri bar.

The capacity of each house is 1,009 +/- average capacity is 3,552

Waste plan consist of both grazing and hay operation. The lagoon has a clay liner and appears to be in good shape.

Equipment included in the price:

A 42 inch agitator

A 6 inch John Deer diesel pump 850 gpm.

A 975 foot Cadman irrigation reel.

A 40 kw John Deer generator with a Emerson transfer switch.

The spray fields are equipped with an underground hydrant system to connect the reel.

Owner will consider managing waste for the new owner and the one employee wishes to remain. Currently growing for Murphy Brown West.
